GMR Executive Suites

Conceived as a private retreat for executive living, the GMR Accommodation Centre brings together guest suites, shared lounges and dining spaces within a hospitality-driven environment. The planning is organised around a central courtyard, creating a focal point that connects the interior spaces with outdoor recreation and informal gathering areas. A sequence of reception spaces, passages and communal amenities establishes a transition from arrival to more intimate zones of rest and interaction. The design balances privacy with opportunities for engagement, integrating executive suites with an informal meeting room, executive dining, lounge seating and recreational facilities to support a range of business and leisure needs. The architectural experience extends beyond the individual guest suites to embrace the shared spaces as an integral part of executive hospitality. A landscaped courtyard, outdoor deck and dedicated dining and lounge areas encourage a relaxed, residential atmosphere, while the suites incorporate sleeping, working and lounging functions within a considered layout. The project approaches accommodation as a connected ecosystem of private and communal experiences, where spatial planning, comfort and functionality work together to create a contemporary setting for executive stays.
