Collaborate Design and Build is an architecture and interiors practice rooted in the belief that the best work happens when people think and make together. Founded in Hyderabad in 2016, we are a small, focused team of architects, interior designers, and project managers who see every project as a partnership between our studio, our clients, and the craftspeople who bring ideas to life.
Our name is our method. We begin every project by listening deeply, understanding context, climate, and aspiration before drawing a single line. We design with rigour and sensitivity, drawing from India's rich material traditions while embracing contemporary spatial ideas. And we build with care, staying involved through construction to ensure every detail is realised as intended.

Collaborate
Architecture is too complex for any one mind. We work as a close-knit team with our clients, consultants, and craftspeople from the very first conversation. Decisions are made together at the table, not handed down from a corner office. This openness leads to richer ideas and buildings that genuinely belong to the people who use them.

Design
We believe design is a discipline of listening. Every site has a story, every climate a logic, every client a set of values worth honouring. We work across scales, from urban master plans to bespoke furniture details, applying the same care and curiosity to each. Our design language is grounded in honest materials, natural light, and spatial generosity.

Build
A drawing is a promise. We stay involved through construction because details matter, and the gap between intention and execution is where quality is won or lost. We work closely with local contractors and artisans, valuing the intelligence of the hand as much as the precision of the digital model. The result is work that feels crafted, not merely assembled.

We are a team of 15 architects, designers, and project managers across our Hyderabad and Bangalore studios. Every member of our team is involved in design, and every project is led by a principal.
Arjun founded Collaborate Design and Build in 2016 with a vision to bring thoughtful, context-driven architecture to India's rapidly evolving built environment. His practice bridges traditional craft and contemporary design.
