Courtyard by Marriott

The project was delivered through a turnkey fit-out execution approach, with the majority of the works undertaken in a factory-controlled environment. This strategy placed emphasis on precision manufacturing, finish consistency and coordinated integration of joinery, furniture and interior components before installation on site. By shifting a substantial portion of the work off-site, the execution process enabled improved quality control, efficient installation and better coordination across multiple trades. The result reflects a considered approach to hospitality delivery, where design intent, manufacturing precision and on-site execution come together to realize a cohesive guestroom experience.
